My friend and I went to Chuy's for lunch on Sunday, Nov. 25. I have the Mexi Cobb salad and she had a sampler plate. Within one hour after eating, we both had diarrhea. The next day for lunch we both had our leftovers. About 6 hours later we were both vomiting, nausea, pressure in eyes, neck pain, diarrhea, and headache. We both missed two days of work. She called to report it and Chuy's said no one else had called. We found out later that others have called to report it and therefore they lied.
