Ordered filet mignon with toowoomba topping and mushrooms. Sweet potatoe and mixed veggies for side. Ate around 8pm, woke up to extreme nausea and vomiting along with diarrhea around 4am. was initiated after a case of allergic reaction associated with the consumption of this food was reported to MAPAQ.

The product, labeled as "Dark Chocolate 60% Lactose-Free," may contain milk despite not being listed on the label. The chocolate comes in variable sizes and applies to all batches that do not include the mention of the presence of milk. The product was packaged in a clear plastic bag with a fabric loop and a label stating "Lactose Free."

Consumers who suffer from a milk allergy should not consume this product. Please return it to the establishment where they purchased it.

Aliment Stabile, a Quebec-based company, has issued a recall for its salami products due to potential contamination with Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. The recall affects products sold in Montreal, Laval, and Lanaudière. The issue was discovered during routine testing by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPAQ). … See More
As of now, no illnesses related to the consumption of these products have been reported.

The recalled products include "Soft Salami Cacciatore" and "Cacciatore Salami Strong", both sold in unitary sizes. The target lot for the recall is 232336. These products were sold vacuum-packed in transparent plastic bags and refrigerated.

If you have these products at home, do not consume them and return them to the store where it was purchased.
