- comments: observed main bar low temperature glass dishmachine being used not maintained,sanitizing at 0ppm of chlorine. Must sanitize at least 50ppm. Must use dishmachine located in dishroom or 3 compartment sink until serviced and tag is removed from the health dept-cos. Priority violation issued 7-38-025

- comments: observed improper temperature of tcs foods inside prep cooler. Approx 5-lbs of raw liquid eggs at improper temperature of 50. 1f. Instructed to maintain cold foods at 41. 0f or below. Food was removed and discarded by pic at cost approx $10. 00-cos. Priority violation issued 7-38-005

- comments: observed bags of packaged raw meats stored under condersor inside walk in cooler. Instructed to properly cover to protect any foods stored in that area of cooler.
