10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed hand washing sinks in middle and rear prep area not accessible. Observed rear hand sink with a box of gloves and a bottle of dish washing liquid. Middle hand sink had 2- large buckets on floor and a hot holding cabinet stored in front of said sink. Articles were removed during inspection. (priority foundation 7-38-030(c)(cos)(citation issued)

- comments: must label food storage containers when food is not in original containers.

- comments: observed an infestation of appx. 1,000 or more mice and rat droppings throughout premises such as pastry area- on floor under 2- door reach in cooler ,shelving units & under rolling carts. Sandwich prep area-behind prep tables and cooler. Side storage area- under shelving units. Under ice machine. On floor under dish storage racks outside of of walk in freezer #3. Dry food storage area- under all storage shelving units. Mop sink room- on floor near mop sink. Package area- under prep tables. Walk in cooler- along wall bases,under shelving units and crates. Men's locker room-inside of lockers and women's - on floor next to lockers. Hot water tank room-on floor along wall base behind articles and hot water tank. Rear warehouse storage area-under,around,along shelving units,on top of articles and in between massive clutter on floor and along walls. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Must have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 1/6/2021. (priority 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)
