I believe I got food poisoning of some sort here. On Sunday (10/11/2020) I ate the only salad they have with the chicken. Felt like nothing was digesting and the next morning had severe stomache cramps and hard vommitting to the point that i bursted the capillaries in my esophagus. This went on for 24 hours. Just this morning I am feeling hungry again but apprehensive about food. I have eaten here before and had no issue but this time it was not good. I ate one other food item that day and did not vomit that up so I'm pretty sure it was the food from this restaurant since that is the only food I vomited. I ate there night of 10/11/2020. I ordered the only salad on the menu which includes chicken. I woke up the next day with stomach cramps and vomitting. This went on for 24 hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

have an incorrect ingredient label. The product was distributed nationwide and sold in specialty retail stores, grocery stores, and other retail outlets. The recalled products were distributed from 03/01/2024 to 03/29/2024. No other products from this company are affected.

Sea salt almond alligators contain almonds as an ingredient, which was not declared on the ingredient label. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to almonds run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.

Retail products are packaged in candy boxes with a label on the bottom of the box containing nutrition and ingredient information. The code 0315 is found in a box at the bottom center of the ingredient label. The company has not been notified of any illness associated with this product.

The issue was discovered during routine inspections by MAPAQ and the Food Inspection Division of the City of Montreal. As of now, no cases of allergic reactions associated with the consumption of these foods have been reported to MAPAQ.

The products that are the subject of this warning were offered for sale to the following establishments:

450, boulevard Don-Quichotte, in Notre-Dame -de-l’Île-Perrot
6333, rue Beaubien Est, in Montreal
107, boulevard Cardinal-Léger, in Pincourt

The recalled products include "Zoto Gyoza", "Zoto Avocado Poberge", and "Zoto Shrimp Tempura Rol". These products, sold in transparent plastic containers and refrigerated, may contain allergenic substances not mentioned on the label.
