Jason's Deli, Lake Woodlands Drive, The Woodlands, TX, USA

1340 Lake Woodlands Drive, The Woodlands, 77380 Texas, United States

Three of us ordered from there on Wednesday 5/13. My Mom and I both ordered Ruben The Great. The only thing we had in common. We both got bad diarrhea about an hour after eating. Today (2nd day), we both have nausea. The 3rd person ordered something else and was fine. I notified the manager, he was nice and looking into it.

UPDATE: 3 days later my mom and I are still having diarrhea and nausea. The original Manager said he would refund us for the food. Called back today and checked with another Manager . She said we don’t know anything about it, and nothing was done (meaning to check the food). She then basically said we were lying. I got mad, and she then took down information as said they are required to report to the health department. Original Manager didn’t do that either. I am concerned that they did not take this incident seriously as nothing was done about it. A restaurant needs to take these reports seriously. When I originally called them, I stated I was not looking for a refund, I wanted them to check the food. According to the Manager another manager they didn’t do that. This is very troubling. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I went through quite an ordeal after eating a salad from Jason's Deli about three weeks ago. There was NOTHING else that could have affected me that day as it was directly after I ate there about three hours later and have been dealing with some type... See More of bacterial issue that took me out of work about eight days, and then now am having horrible residual issues with reflux and what feels like an ulcer or bacterial over growth in my stomach. It started off with throwing up, wretched diarrhea for and STILL don't have a normal response to food three weeks later. It's SEVERE and after doing everything I can from home, feel I will need to follow up with my doctor to see what is lingering for so long in my system. This was NOT the flu and it was NOT Covid 19 ... it was food poisoning. Recently I looked up reports on line to see if there was anything about Jason's from anyone else and was shocked to see people from all over the country reporting exactly what I have been through. What in the world? I know food poisoning can happen, but these are all recent! Do they not do anything to help prevent this from being a major chance to be closed down for taking people out?

What do I do from here? I cannot eat anything without a terrible burning sensation, and especially when I am empty, it's worse. I can't sleep well at all and had to order a special piece to help me sleep sitting at an angle as my stomach has hurt SO bad I can't lie down and sleep through the night. My diet exists of chicken soup and crackers, and water. It's no way to live and it's not helping get rid of things in the long run. Help! | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea
