- comments: observed the following prepared, tcs foods noted without expiration dates. Preparation dates only. Assorted sliced cheese and deli meats with prep dates of 2/2, 2/3, 2/1. Prepared ranch dressing dated 2/1 and tuna salad dated 2/3. Instructed all prepared tcs foods must be properly labeled with an expiration date no longer than days. Foods discarded. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005 citation issued.

- comments: broken/missing door handles on the rear tall reach-in coolers. Must replace.

Instructed to replace. #55- blackened, moldy wall caulking at the three compartment sink. Must replace. #57- additional food handler training certificate is required onsite. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090. No citation issued at this time.

The company is voluntarily recalling the products and has agreed to broadcast this warning as a precautionary measure. They were available for purchase until March 22, 2024, exclusively at the company's location at 7010, rue Saint-Dominique, in Montreal. As of now, no cases of illness associated with the consumption of these foods have been reported to MAPAQ.

The recalled product is the dry sausage prepared and sold by Zinman Marché de Poultry St-Dominique. The sausages were sold vacuum-packed in transparent plastic bags and refrigerated. Product Names:
