2/13/20, my husband and I had it around 6:30 pm. I had the #6 with no sprouts and no tomatoes on thick sliced wheat bread and he had the italian night club. 5 hours later, I developed severe nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. My husband developed severe nausea and diarrhea. I started experiencing intestinal cramps. Then, when we got back to the hotel, the nausea started. That's when my spouse told me she had been feeling ill as well. She was the first to vomit and I followed there after. We struggled to finish packing for the morning flight. We only had fluids in the form of water and apple juice for the entire journey. She only experienced nausea, intestinal cramps and vomiting. I on the other hand had all the symptoms including chills, nausea, intestinal cramps, vomiting, fever and diarrhea.
