manager said "it's over there let me go get it" he walked around the corner grabbed tongs and put the asada meat on my salad which were large chucks btw. But the silver pan was just sitting on a counter near the drive thru pick up line. Like randomly placed there where it did not belong. So that was weird and i didn't want the meat I just wanted to visualize it first and then choose. So after the other toppings were added, the cashier rang up my order it came out to almost $18! So I asked to speak to the manager so he comes up and I ask him why is it so expensive he said because the asada meat and I said well I didn't actually even want it (I usually get a veggie bowl but i wanted to try the chicken or asada since i saw the limited time sign) so he said okay ill just charge you for a chicken bowl. So I said ok. I went home right after (so hungry because I havnt eaten anything today) but some cereal for breakfast. I opened it and the meat was soo cold! It have me weird vibes so I removed it all and my husband tried a peice and said "yeah I wouldn't eat that" I ate the salad but removed the meat.. I did try a few pieces and took pictures before I ate it just in case! And guess what it's midnight rn and I am sh*tting my life out! I have horrible stomach cramps and abdominal pain!! I knew it seemed sketch!! This is a newer location I have never been to. I want my money back and will be contacting them tomorrow in hopes they start using proper food temperature protocol and safety!! We almost gave a piece to my dog ... imagine!! PK), with a best-before date of 19.03.24. The buns are sold in a plastic bag with a New World label, exclusively at New World Prestons. Less than 12 packs of the affected product were sold. The recall does not affect any other New World Prestons Made in Store products.

Customers are asked to check the date mark on the product. People with a peanut or sulfite allergy should not consume this product. Customers should return the product to their retailer for a full refund.

I was close to going to the hospital or using an epi pen. It took almost three days to go down. I wasn't sure it was the pretzels at first. But a few days after I was doing better I had more pretzels and it happened again after I started eating them. I stopped again. I tried another brand and had no problems at all from the other brand.

There has to be too much of some ingredients in these or something that shouldn't be in them that has made its way in the product.

One thing I'd suggest the manufacturer and FDA/Regulators double check is the possible amount of cellulose containing ingredients if there is improperly processed cellulose or if it is being sourced from high risk for allergy wood and other sources. Perhaps also a pesticide issue with the wheat or other items used or improper cleaning of certain grains, etc. Possible mold contaminants may be present as well which are some of the worst allergies I suffer from. Based on my own personal allergies, there are a few possible culprits where things could have gone wrong and caused contamination at some point of the supply chain. I'm happy to help narrow it down and provide whatever I can to assist.
