the drive threw; I went home to eat. My stomach felt full so I stopped about 20 -30 minutes in the meal; I felt sick. I went to the bathroom to use it. I was sweating , chills and fever and I was vomiting. I felt dizzy and the cramps were so bad. The meal had Wendy's chili in it while I ate the salad, it was on the side but i put it in. Its a part of the salad.. I believe it was the orange creme frosty and the chili in the meal that had me vomiting. I still feel nausea from after I puked. Wendy's in lebanon , pa is known for making people sick but this was horrible; It felt like I was dying it hurt do bad. The cramping and the vomiting. I vomited 10 times with in the 20-30 minutes. I lost so much fluid; I had to drink pedilite to keep my hydration up. The salad never made me sick; the back potato was dried out. It tasted funny. I hardly ate that. But that chili had a weird taste to it also . I thought it was Normal because they use the burger meat from the nite before; I believe it was the grease from the chili. The milk from the creme frosty as well. I still feel sick. I will have to go to the emergency room if the vomiting does not stop. People who have allergies to sesame and wheat run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if … See More

The recalled "Broccoli Cutlets" were distributed only to King Kullen Grocery Stores located in Long Island, NY: Specific store locations include Manhasset, Center Moriches, Bay Shore, Bridgehampton, Shirley, Garden City Park, Eastport, St. James, NY. No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this problem.

The product comes in a 20-ounce, oven safe tin package with a clear dome top marked with a UPC Code of” 0 8531610145 0” and with effected Sell By dates of: 4/14/24 – 4/21/24 on the top panel.

The recall was initiated after it was discovered that a product containing sesame and wheat didn’t include the full ingredient breakdown on the ingredient panel.

Consumers who have purchased 20-ounce packages of "King Kullen Broccoli Cutlets with Bread Crumbs and Parmesan " are urged to return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.
