There was not one specific food that I can identify that made me sick. The problem is that all the food was of extremely poor quality and left out all day. I could have gotten sick from everything I ate. I went to Punta Cana for the wedding and missed the reception because I was sick. My symptoms began with diarrhea then explosive vomiting that left my throat extremely sore. Next, came the chills, sweating and shaking. This was the most painful part where I got stomach cramps that were relentless. It felt like there was a war inside my belly and I couldn't help but yell with pain. After 24hours the cramps subsided and I had nausea for another 12. There NEEDS to be quality control over the food.
