My husband bought Cucina Mia (Spaghetti, Asiago Garlic Alfredo), meatballs, Chicken and Gnocchi soup, Salmon Piccata and a Garden Salad.

We picked up food. My husband ate rigatoni and then had a weird stomach feeling. I had tortellini ham cream. About 30 minutes later I had stomach pain. The whole thing just kept getting worse. Followed by nausea, chills, etc.
