Food items such as burgers and fried egg topping for burger. #60-8-404. 13(b:4)- previous core violations from 9-27-19 #2313068 not corrected. #38- outer opening not protected. Side door with gap between door and frame, repair cause. #41- wiping cloths in prep area must be stored inside sanitizer solution. #47- found condenser unit inside the walk-in freezer with build-up ice, condenser unit inside the walk-in cooler leaking, repair cause and provide cover for unit. #49- interior and exterior of cooking equipment(deep fryers and ovens)also wheels of the units. Priority violation 7-42-090 citation issued.
