Pokeworks, Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, MA, USA

1440 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, 02138 Massachusetts, United States

It's one of the hottest days of the year (>90). Noticed one of the staff's forehead was covered in sweat. Had a spicy salmon poke bowl with leafy greens, rice, cilantro, kale, crispy onion and shallots. Took it back to my house (~40min bus ride) and ate it Friday evening. Saturday morning I get a rapid onset fever, some minor diarhhea, headache, and awful nausea. Nausea continues all day and I feel miserable. Wake up at 4am that night puking. Sunday morning, feeling a lot better. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Sweating

I have been using the milk for about a month now and go through a bottle every 2 weeks. (Funny enough, in hind sight, the dates line up with the new york article of the issues and the sale price that had me first consider it). First... See More bottle was fine. The second bottle marked for expiration in April had me nauseous and then throwing up on my birthday, severe nausea and a massive headache the next day and then gave me diarrhea the day after. I thought it was some fruit until I had my first cup of tea since the first event and did a quick Google about fairlife. I smelled the bottle and it smelled sulfuric and as I poured it out I saw it had a tinge of blue to it. I tossed my tea and made this report. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Diarrhea See Less

Additional information: Ate a McChicken with no mayonnaise from McDonald's drive thru on 2/26. It tasted weirdly sweet and the chicken patty had a... See More wet texture to it, like it wasnt cooked/fried long enough before it was served. Had night sweats and nausea for a few days after eating, then on 3/3 started having abdominal cramps, rumbling, and diarrhea. The McChicken is the only recent thing in memory that I've eaten that nobody else in my family did, and only I'm sick currently. Also haven't attended any big gatherings recently, so it's unlikely (but still possible ig) to be anything viral. I very rarely get diarrhea (last time I did was back in 2018) so something's definitely not right here regardless. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Chills, Night Sweats, Stomach Pain See Less
