- comments: observed evidence of appx. 75 or more rat droppings in rear storage area along north & east walls,under styro foam tray pallet,under staircase,on 2nd fl. In between clutter could be a possible rodent harborage area,on floor in electrical room and under chemical storage shelf. Also evidence of appx. 8-10 live small flies around bucket of dirty mopheads in water. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitze areas and discard bucket of water. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 1/8/2021. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)
