Shane’s Rib Shack, was cited for 10 violations on Jan. 24 and ordered closed. An inspector allowed the restaurant to re-open Thursday, even though four basic violations remained. Those were not deemed a threat to the public.

The only thing that stayed down and was the last thing I tried to drink in an attempt to not make me nauseous and stop the vomiting, was apple juice. This was around 5pm. Today is the next day and I feel better. My throat still feels a little harsh from the constant needing to vomit and the diarrhea has not left yet but I haven’t vomited since after consuming the apple juice yesterday afternoon.
