Tuna sub. I ate the sub at 6pm on 5-27. 13 hrs later, at 7am on 5-28 I started violently vomiting. Chills and feeling hot at the same time. Dizzy. Diarrhea. Thtee up constantly till 10 pm when I was taken to E.R. They gave me an I.V. with Zofran to control vomiting. Released at 1 a.m. on 5-29. Then later that day it started all over again. Was taken to E.R. at 1 a.m. on 5-30. Same treatment as before. Released at 5 a.m. Before I could get home the vomiting began again, so I was taken directly BACK to E.R. I am now admitted to the hospital as of 2 p.m. on 5- 30. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Chills

M&P Production LTD is recalling approximately 669 pounds of raw lamb and beef Samsa products. The recall is due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen, sesame seeds, which is not declared on the product label. Products were shipped to retail locations in Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York,... See More and Pennsylvania. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.

The raw, frozen lamb and beef samsa items were produced between Jan. 2, 2024, and Feb. 22, 2024 and have a shelf-life of one year. The products bear the establishment number “EST. 18832” inside the USDA mark of inspection:
- 16-oz. plastic-wrapped tray packages containing “SAMSA HALAL” with “USE BEFORE” dates of 01/02/25 through 02/22/25.
- 12-oz. plastic-wrapped tray packages containing “M&P DELICACIES Lamb Dumplings Lamb Samsa” with “USE BEFORE” dates 01/02/25 through 02/22/25.

FSIS is concerned that some product may be in consumers’ refrigerators or freezers. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.
