- comments: noted torn rubber gasket inside refrigeration unit at the kitchen prep. Instructed to detail repair and maintain and/or replace.

- comments: observed raw wood storage shelves for chemicals and dry storage. Must paint or seal shelves so they are smooth and easily cleanable.

- comments: noted rusty and dirty shelves inside walk-in coolers at the kitchen prep area. Instructed to detail clean, repaint with non-toxic food grade paint and/or replace.

- comments: noted no sanitizer test strip kit on-site at the time of inspection. (manager presented the quatze sanitizing test strip with chlorine sanitizer). Instructed to have the right test strip kit on site at all times to monitor the strength of the sanitizer properly. Priority foundation. 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: noted no cold running water at the hand wash sink ((only hand wash sink)faucet in poor repair, unable to turn on)). Instructed to have hot and cold running water at all handwashing sinks at all times. Priority violation #7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: noted wash room on premise with garbage receptacle and no lid. Instructed to provide trash can with lid at all women wash room and unisex wash rooms.

- comments: noted floor of beer walk-in cooler made of raw wood. The floor needs to be painted or sealed so that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Observed walls of walk-in cooler unclean with black dirt. Clean and maintain all walls and ceiling of walk-in cooler.
