Had a bag open for a week or more, but sealed tightly. All was OK when I first opened the bag, but when I ate some seeds a week later I got violently ill (much vomiting and sweating) about four hours later. I attributed it to other causes, since I had eaten the seeds earlier without incident. Then i had five seeds yesterday afternoon, and within for hours I had a repeat of the vomiting and sweating, but worse this time. I now know it was the sacha inchi seeds. NEVER AGAIN!
