My family stopped at the Wendy's on March 13 at 6pm on our way to Chapel Hill from Asheville. My husband ordered a spicy chicken sandwich which he discovered after a couple of bites was undercooked. I ordered a fish sandwich which was way overcooked. Our children had chicken nuggets and hamburgers. My husband and I ended up with food poisoning, thankfully, none of our children were affected. Symptoms included nausea, diarrhea and vomiting. Vomiting stopped after 24 hours, diarrhea stopped after 48 hours, nausea continues on and off as of today, 3/19. It is possible that the fish sandwich was the culprit, as my husband had stopped at a different Wendy's for lunch that day and had a fish sandwich. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting1 week ago •reported by user-hhtvc396
