- comments: observed foil being used as liner on shelving units in prep and storage areas. Instructed manager to remove all foil from shelving units. All food and non-food contact surfaces must be smooth and easily cleanable.

- comments: previous core violations from 03/08/2021 inspection, report #2492542 not corrected: #39-observed no splash guard at hand washing sink in prep area located next to prep table and prep sink. Instructed to provide durable and clean splash guard to prevent any source of contamination. #51-observed no back flow preventer device on mop sink faucet. Must provide. #55-observed wooden chairs and pots stored in basement that were used from the previous owners. Instructed to remove all unnecessary items from premises and clean area. Priority foundation violation. 7-42-090. Citation issued.

The recalled product is Mowi's Norwegian Atlantic Salmon – Cold Smoked, weighing 113g. The UPC is 8 19693 02546 3, and all units sold from March 27, 2024, up to and including April 10, 2024, are affected by the recall.

Today @ 10:45am, I started experiencing extreme stomach pain, ended up vomiting in the bath tub while sitting on the commode with painful nonstop diarrhea, I endured these problems for more than an hour.
