煮熟的（但看上去是养殖的）虾 @Mex 餐厅。它发生在星期一。1/17ate 虾 @Mex restuaraunt 自封面以来的第一次，back2020。症状从第二天早上开始。还是会感到恶心。可以减少食物。但是进食后胃痛仍然很痛，总的来说。遵循非常简单的饮食习惯，会有很多液体。我是一名整体保健医生

Had steak tacos. That is the only thing I ate that was not also eaten by others in my party. Began with stomach ache not long after I left the table. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach ache. Terrible muscle pain but I have fibromyalsia so that makes pain…

I ate their free dips and chips and a combination platter called ‘tres’, at 1.30pm yesterday . At 10pm last night I began vomiting and having diarrhoea and I am still suffering from these symptoms
