My wife and I both had the smashed pea and barley soup, salad greens, ice tea and water at the CA Pizza Kitchen on Wed night, 5/10/17. By 1 am I began vomiting, with my wife votiming beginning at about 3am, so violently that her throat hemorrhaged…
