昨晚感觉良好，吃了一个烤鸡肉三明治和羽衣甘蓝沙拉。凌晨4点醒来，感到不适并伴有胃痛，持续到早上9点开始呕吐。极度疲劳并伴有头痛，站立/行动超过10分钟就感觉需要重新躺下。

I ate a spicy chicken sandwich, I felt fine for about 20 minutes... And then I started projectile vomiting I was in the bathroom for 40 minutes. I'm never eating at that restaraunt again!
