我在 6 月 29 日下午 6 点吃了西南沙拉和鳄梨石灰酱。6 月 30 日星期三早上 1 点，我的胃开始抽筋，出汗、摇晃和呕吐。每隔 10 到 15 分钟，我会得到震动，严重的抽筋，突然出汗然后呕吐。我甚至不能按住水...... 我的胃终于在周三下午 4 点左右定居... 这是 15 个小时后。我睡了一整天，接下来几乎一部分时间... 我会起床上床睡觉，喝点 Gaterade，水，不喜欢吃... 今天我写这篇文章，是 7 月 3 日星期六，我仍然感到疲倦... 我的腹部肌肉正在使我因所有呕吐而死亡。

我也许在 5 到 6 点左右去了这个地方。我得到了鸡块，我以为其中一个尝得很有趣。几个小时后，我在男朋友家里的时候，我知道我需要放下来。在我被射弹呕吐不久之后。我以为扔两次后我感觉好一点，但是没有，在我再次扔掉后不久。然后我的系统里没有任何东西，所以从晚上 11 点到早上 5 点，我的喉咙感觉就像是火起了。在我干燥的时候，我也有 3 次严重腹泻。我也受到了公开的羞辱，因为腹泻是从哪里出来的，我需要新裤子的长话短说。我终于在早上 5 点 30 分左右得到了 IV，我还抽了 5 瓶血液。他们给了我的恶心药、止痛药和盐水。在此之后我也无法取水，这应该能让人们更深入地了解食物中毒的严重程度。我在回家的车和回家的时候投掷了我太虚弱，以至于我需要帮助去洗手间甚至在床上重新定位我的身体。我永远不会回到那里了。再来了。
