I had a salad with taco lettuce, carne asda meat, salsa, corn salsa and cheese. And a few of the chips in the bag. The food tasted ok but I didn't finish it. About 20 minutes later I knew this wasnt good. Stomache hurt..felt horrible ..ate some…

昨天我吃了一个墨西哥卷饼碗。一半的米饭，黑豆，fajita 辣椒和洋葱，豆腐，queso，玉米，guac，莎莎酱，奶酪和生菜。我今天早上 43 点 30 分醒来时头疼得很厉害，肚子发牢骚。我已经使用洗手间超过 10 次了（水样腹泻）现在已经是下午 5:30 了。头痛和抱怨并没有停止，而且情况正在变得越来越糟。
