My son and I purchased 2 bowls last night- mine was barbacoa and his had chicken. He was violently ill all night with nausea, vomiting & diarrhea- no fever so not the flu. Symptoms are lessening today but he still cant eat. I did not fall ill…

Nausea, vomiting, and lack of appetite for 2 days now. Started about 2 hours after eating chicken bowl with brown rice, peppers, corn, guacamole, and lemonade to drink.
