我在 2023 年 6 月 26 日上午 11 点左右购买了一个鸡肉碗。在那之后的一小时内，我的胃就开始大吃一惊。我回家了，感觉恶心、热汗和腹泻已有 12 个小时了。我的肚子继续抽筋、抱怨、打嗝和腹泻。尽量用水保持水分。一位同事买了食物，所以我没有收据。

I ate a steak bowl with white rice, black beans, pico, hot sauce, sour cream, corn, cheese, and lettuce. I ate at chipotle around 2:30pm on May 18th and began having sever diareea and vomiting that same night around midnight.

I ate a burrito bowl with pretty much everything on it. Shortly after I was sick and had diarrhea, vomiting, and a fever all night and into the next day.
