星期六在 Chipotle 吃了食物，然后胃痛、抽筋和腹泻持续了 2 天。第二天我儿子还有头痛和呕吐！直到我看到有报道说其他人也生病了，我才想到这是食物！我有很多食材很难确定但是他吃了鸡肉芝士和黑豆，还有炸玉米饼壳和薯条。我们俩唯一吃的就是黑豆、奶酪我确实尝过他的鸡肉然后他吃了我的一些生菜还有我们一起喝一杯 mandaran aqua fresca。它与另一张海报的地点不同，所以也许来源可能来自发行商？

Husband got extremely ill from chicken (I was fine as I had a veggie burrito). Almost had to take him to the hospital. Everything we ate yesterday was the same except the chicken. He did mention one bite tasting “off” and “stringy.”

I ordered a steak bowl. As I was eating it I thought it didn't taste great and threw half of it away. I got terrible indigestion and felt super sick almost immediately. I was throwing up all night and glued to the bathroom for days. I was out of work for three days total.

Thursday July 6th. On vacation in Colorado Springs. We all ate Chipotle at around 7pm. My daugheter who ate sofritas (the only thing others did not have), became violently ill, vomiting, and diarrhea within 3 hours. She was very sick for about 48 hours. Could barely keep down water.
