我丈夫昨天在我们全家徒步旅行之前在网上订购了一个墨西哥卷饼去取货，当时我 10 岁的孩子也饿了，所以他得到了墨西哥卷饼，昨天晚上晚些时候开始吃他们俩都有胃痛、腹泻，我儿子今天早上整夜都在呕吐。
