Horrible food poisoning that started this past Sunday. Very horrible cramping for 2 days and still bad on day 3 dehydrated and dizzy. It came about with a major headache to start. Slept for 24 hours.

I had a steak salad bowl with veggie toppings. After, an hour of finishing my food. I had the runs from 4pm-2 am. The next day, I woke up twice in the morning because I had the runs. My stomach is in so much pain right now and it’s 11:02 pm.

我有一个牛排碗，大约 8 个症状开始于 9 点 30 分左右，这让自己呕吐了两次缓解，持续了大约 20 分钟。上床睡觉感觉很恶心，凌晨 5 点醒来时非常恶心和头昏眼花，及时赶到洗手间呕吐然后通过液体粪便。寒战开始了，我脸色苍白，发烧时出汗了。我家里的其他人也有 chipotle 而且还不错。我是唯一一个得到 guac 的人，所以我想就是这样。
