I ordered food from the Chipotle Mexican grill on melrose on may 27th around 3pm. I tried something new on the menu which was there chorizo burrito. I dined in and left an hour later or so my stomach started hurting to were I couldn't even walk.…

I had the Chicken Rice Bowl. Chicken didn't seem cooked all the way. Also found a weird seed my my Guacamole. Felt sick about 20-30 minutes later.
