昨天下午午餐时我吃了沙拉配菠菜鸡肉和绿叶蔬菜。中午 12 点。到了晚上 7 点我吃了晚饭。我立刻开始感到恶心然后呕吐了晚餐。我整晚都因身体疼痛、腹泻和胃痛而起床。

Ate there at 6pm had pot pie soup & grilled cheese, by 9-9:30 had severe belly pain & the worst diarrhea ever, wife ate the same thing also had severe belly pain,nausea

Mesa chicken salad. Had to miss work symptoms were so bad.
