Chicken bacon ranch quesadilla - I’m the only one who ate there. I got sick about 2 hours after eating. I can’t keep anything down. Vomiting profusely with diarrhea

I was the only one who ate there. Ate the salad at 12 noon today and started throwing up at 4.30pm
