I ordered the Penne Rosa and substituted the penne for Zoodles (zucchini noodles). Added shrimp, parm chicken, and brocolli. No tomatoes or mushrooms. Picked my meal up at ~6:15pm and got sick within the hour. Diarrhea and vomiting for almost 3 hours. Contemplating ER. I'll never eat…

Two of my children had this soup and the older one was throwing up within about an hour and the other followed suit less than an hour later. These are young adults, not small children. They do not live in the same household as one is married…
