12/20/2018 牛排、大米、蔬菜、guac、酸奶油；晚上 9 点至 10 点左右。早上 3-4 点左右醒来，胃部持续呕吐肿。移动受伤了，不得不打电话上班。接下来的几天几乎没有吃任何东西，还有很多腹痛。

Monday 12/17/18 I had steak rice bowl with only queso, lettuce, sour cream. Just an hour after eating I started to feel sick. I spent every couple hours in the bathroom with diarrhea and finally threw up at 3:30am. I still feel nausea and missed work Tuesday. Probably missing Wednesday as well.
