On Saturday May 11, 2019 my family and I attended Disneyland. At 5am Sunday May 12, 2019 I woke up vomiting. No one else in my family got this. I had different food items then everyone else in my family. We ate dinner and I was the only person to order a chicken salad.

Salad from Disneyland restaurant, I was the only one in our party to get sick and I was the only one to eat the chopped salad. 8 hours after eating and not eating anything else, I had nausea and vomiting and diarrhea.

Four of us ate dinner,
3 of us had the chicken dinner plate
1 of us had the Salmon.
2 of us who had the chicken dinner have been suffering vomiting and nausea for four days now. The food was lukewarm, almost cold. We shouldn't have eaten it. | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
