2月22日星期天我吃了一份鸡肉凯撒沙拉。一小时内我就腹泻了，当时我还在餐厅里。那天晚上午夜前我又腹泻和呕吐。一直持续到第二天。

Ate the teriyaki chicken burger. Within 30 minutes of eating I had to run to the bathroom. Spent the entire night with diarrhea and vomiting.

I ate bruschetta chicken sandwich on Thursday January 17th around 11:30 am. Sometime in the evening to middle of the night I started to have a burning feeling in my stomach and resulted in diarrhea through the whole next day and day after. The sandwich was rubbery…
