周一，10月27日，大约上午7:30，我在LAS 1号航站楼的Sammy's Beach Bar & Grill吃了早餐。这是我那天吃的唯一食物。到了傍晚时分，我病得很厉害，我认为这是早餐引起的。在睡了第二天的大部分时间后，我终于感觉好些了。

Ordered two cocktails and fish & chips before boarding a flight - have been nauseated and having severe diarrhea since about 10 hours after eating. On day 3 now, that was the only thing I ate that day.
