我在 2024 年 6 月 5 日星期三晚上 8 点从寿司园订购了带面条的汤。我和妻子是唯一吃外卖食物的人，因为我的孩子不想尝试。第二天早上我立刻出现了水样的大便和头痛、发冷、轻度发烧、胃痉挛和足部抽筋。直到 6 月 10 日的这一天，我仍有头痛、胃痉挛和水样的大便。我总是在家做饭，知道自己吃什么，因为要节食，我会记录日志。所以我知道那一定是寿司园，因为我从来没有在外面吃过饭。我向朋友们提过我在那里吃过的事，他说我去之前大约一周他去那里时这个地方闻起来像污水。

1132018 afternnonate the Oyako Don bowl.4 hours later bad stomach ache followed by frequent trips to the restroom. One of the worst stomach aches I ever had. The chicken tasted funky but I am not sure if that was the cause.
