7 月 4 日周日晚上我丈夫和我在那里吃了。我们都有沙拉。

I’m not sure, the food that we got wasn’t cooked all the way and the food just looked a day old and it was horrible. The bread that we got wasn’t cooked all the way. 2 of us got sick and as soon as I started eating…

2018 年 12 月 26 日吃了大沙朗配沙拉和蜂蜜芥末酱的晚餐。劳斯莱斯和黄油。用了桌上的一些牛排酱，大约 3/4 是空的。腹部肿胀，几个小时内疼痛从胃部向背部散发出来。整晚呕吐，痛苦令人难以忍受。差点去医院了，但是我自闭症的女儿在家里没人照顾她。12 小时后还在呕吐那个沙拉里的生菜。

Me and my husband both had salad and we got sick that evening I had bbq chicken and he had steak so we are guessing the salad since thats the same thing we ate. Our kids didnt eat salad and are fine
