我在4月23日晚上7点到8点左右去芝士蛋糕工厂为我兄弟的生日聚餐。大家都点了各自的食物，我点了戳烤玉米片和一份肋眼牛排晚餐，配芦笋和通心粉奶酪。回家后一切正常，直到周六早上醒来我有些轻微发烧。我去上班，回家后小睡了一会儿，第二天出门了。周日醒来时我感到发冷、喉咙痛和发烧。现在是周一，我无法去上班，因为我根本起不了床，全身酸痛、发烧、喉咙痛。我小睡了一会儿，醒来后买了一些药。现在我出现了呕吐、腹泻、胃痉挛，同时伴有发烧、喉咙痛和发冷，感觉非常虚弱。

昨晚，经典的意大利三重奏/芝士汉堡春卷我在晚上 7 点左右通过 doordDash 获得了芝士汉堡春卷和新的经典意大利三重奏，并在凌晨 1 点 30 分左右开始感到生病并出现症状。整个三人餐味道有点滑稽。

大约 3 小时前我刚吃了 Cobb 沙拉，现在我在家里查找为什么我要呕吐、发冷和腹泻。这不行，我太生气了。我以前从未有过食物中毒，所以我不确定这是不是发生了什么事，但是我还有很多次吃过这种沙拉，为什么现在突然之间我有这种感觉。

I had water with lemon, an omelette with cheddar, mushrooms, spinach, and tomatoes. I only ate half of it. About an hour later stomach cramps and fairly explosive diarrhea 3x in six hours. Still cramping and feel fatigued.
