早上 9 点 10 点有一个法国香草 + jalapeno 百吉饼，在厕所上工作 2 个小时，另外 5 个在家里 + 整晚都在泡泡
更新：接下来的 2-3 天我胃不适。感觉恶心又轻松。那天我唯一吃的东西是我全家人也吃过的意大利面，还有一片我的同事也吃过而且都感觉很好的馅饼。法国香草和百吉饼是我唯一能指出我的食物中毒的东西。
