5/19 在 Wegman 的披萨吧买了披萨片。服务员给他们重新加热。在 3 小时之内，我进入了 Inova Fairfax 的急诊室，因严重呕吐、发冷、发烧和精力不振而住院。大约 12 小时后，我儿子出现了同样的症状，尽管没有那么严重，也不需要住院。我们俩都一样。

We brought some organic deli turkey from them 2 days ago, it had been keep in the fridge, my baby got diarrhea eating it and so did my husband, I don’t eat turkey so was ok.

I ate the cheese and grapes off the Holiday Cheese tray (purchased on Christmas Eve) last night about 4-430 and began with nausea and vomiting at 630pm.
