I ate sushi from whole foods on Thursday, I was the only one who ate it. I was only one that got sick. Symptoms started about 7 hours after eating

I had a big dinner here yesterday evening about 7pm. I went to bed at 1am and woke up 45 minutes later and vomited. This continued throughout the night every hour until 7am. Ran 100.5 fever and am still fighting it at 6pm today.
