My partner and I stopped in for hot bar last night (3/1/20). That was the only thing I ate all day yesterday. Today I have been constantly violently vomiting and diarrheal.

12 月 31 日在熟食店吃了一个三明治（鸡肉、菠菜、烤辣椒），吃完后约 1-2 小时就会出现腹泻和胃痛（这就是我整天吃的全部）。现在已经是第三天了，我还有低度发烧、腹泻和胃痛。今天去看医生，因为情况没有任何好转。

Got an order or Cooked Salmon with Bagged Salad as a side around noon today. Within 45 mins I had nausea and within another hour I was vomiting and had diarrhea simultaneously. Was not a pleasant experience.....
