我吃了鸡肉、牛肉和白米饭以及波巴泰式茶。30 分钟之内我就因腹泻进入洗手间，2 小时之内我就呕吐了那是我昨天唯一吃的东西。我妈妈和叔叔吃了三文鱼，但我们没有受到影响。截至今天差不多 12 小时后我还是无法控制食物。20 小时后仍然无法控制食物。呕吐已经停止了但跑步还没停止

On 5/30/18 around 730pm, I ordered the combo teriyaki chicken and beef with the "Not so Fried Rice." The chicken and beef tasted fine, but the Fried Rice was very wet and was foul tasting. Several hours later, I started vomiting. Then this morning, I began having diarrhea.
