I had lunch. I ate a pomodoro spaghetti, bread, floating island and virgin moyito. The tomato sauce has been done with a can of whole tomato and big chunks of uncooked garlic. 30Minutes after lunch I started very bad abdominal cramps followed by vomiting and diarrhea. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
