Received my large bacon mac and cheese and half sandwich (bacon rancher) and then 40 minutes later my body started ACHING and I had the chills and a headache. Took a covid test, negative. Woke up this morning, have diarrhea and feel like I need to throw up at the same time.| 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 发烧, 寒战, 头痛
