I ate a chicken quesadilla and spicy potato soft taco. Two hours after came violent vomiting and diarrhea. It is now 4 days later and I’m still experiencing cramps and diarrhea. I reached a fever of 103 F. Never had food poisoning in my life and I am so terrified of ever eating here again. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
